Join SARL DG Algérie and contribute to challenging engineering projects in the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Industrial Services sectors.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Proposal & Project Manager to support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals and assist in the coordination and execution of multidisciplinary engineering projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional eager to develop both project management and business development skills within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal & Tender Management

  • Support the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.
  • Review tender documentation, technical specifications, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate inputs from engineering and commercial teams to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
  • Track deadlines, risks, opportunities, and proposal deliverables.

Project Coordination

  • Assist in the planning, monitoring, and execution of engineering and industrial projects.
  • Track schedules, milestones, resources, and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate communications between internal teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
  • Support risk management activities and corrective action implementation.

Business Development Support

  • Contribute to the identification and qualification of new business opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of client presentations and technical-commercial documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenders, projects, and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related disciplines).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, tendering, project coordination, or industrial projects.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies and proposal preparation.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, Petrochemical, or Industrial Engineering environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
  • Italian language skills.
  • Experience working in international or multicultural environments.

Compensation:

100000 - 150000 DZD/month Net
