Candidati
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of project documentation, ensuring compliance with procedures, contractual requirements, and internal standards;
- coordinate document flows across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Clients, Subcontractors, and Vendors;
- manage and maintain the Master Document Register (MDR);
- monitor document control KPIs (delays, revisions, vendor performance);
- prepare periodic reports on document status and deliverable progress;
- support the Project Manager and Engineering Manager in document planning and control activities;
- manage, review, and verify Vendor and Subcontractor documentation;
- use and administer document management systems (EDMS/DMS, e.g. SharePoint).

Competenze richieste
Requirements
- Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Document Controller in Oil & Gas / EPC / Engineering & Construction projects;
- solid knowledge of document control processes and workflows;
- familiarity with contractual and industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001, client procedures);
- excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel;
- advanced experience with EDMS/DMS platforms;
- fluent written and spoken English;
- strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and effective priority management;
- strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
